Tanaka LXMR II TF 4000 Laser Cutting Machine MG Titan II-104 High Density Plasma Machine
Synergy Steel now offers plate laser cutting. With the addition of a new Tanaka LXMR II TF 4000 laser with 4000 watts of cutting power and a 144" x 720" cutting table we are able to satisfy most of your laser cutting needs. The large cutting bed size means better plate utilization over small bed machines and reduced handling costs. Our laser will cut up through 1" hot rolled plate, 5/8" stainless steel, and ½" aluminum while holding very tight cutting tolerances.
Synergy Steel operates one MG Titan II-104 high definition
plasma cutting machine with a cutting bed 120 inches in width by
240 inches in length. This new state-of-the-art plasma cutting technology
can produce parts with tolerances comparable to laser or water jet
cutting systems at a fraction of their costs. It will cut mild steel
plate through 1-1/4 inch in thickness at speeds up to 190 inches
per minute. It will also cut aluminum and stainless steel up to
1 inch thickness. Call us with your requirements in A36, 1020, 1045,
1060, 4140, A572, A516, A514, Aluminum, Stainless or Hot Roll P
& O
We also operate two MG Apollo HSG 1010 oxy-propane
thermal cutting machines equipped with Burny III CNC controllers
providing unparalleled cutting accuracy. With these machines we
can produce parts up to 153-1/2 inches in width and 480 inches in
length. We can provide both single unit custom burnouts as well
as multi-piece production cutting orders. Synergy Steel can provide
intricate two-way, three-way and four-way burns, chamfering and
compound bevel burns to minimize your own in house machining time.
All parts produced at Synergy Steel are production
ready having been completely deslagged, snag ground and inspected
before shipment to ensure the best quality and conformance to ISO
9001/2000 standards. Our warehouse employees have a direct incentive
to produce precision parts as they all participate in a quarterly
bonus plan that is directly tied to quality output. Each and every
part is inspected during cutting, processing, packaging and loading
to ensure that all customer requirements have been met before the
order is shipped. Upon request all parts can be paint marked, die
stamped or stenciled with job, drawing and/or detail numbers for
easy identification.
